Amendment 0002:
The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation. The quotes will be due on 19 May 2026, 1100 (11:00 AM) Chamorro Standard Time. The amendment also provides some clarify to questions that were asked by vendors.
Offerors are advised to review the requirement in its entirety to ensure they understand what is necessary to provide an acceptable quote that is eligible for award.
Amendment 0001:
The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the requirement for the ERHS Back 40 Generator. Clarifications are as follows:
Only new equipment will be accepted; used, refurbished, or remanufactured items are not eligible.
Offerors must provide an accurate, firm delivery date. Delivery is required within 45 days from date of award. Timely delivery is essential to prevent operational impacts.
All yellow-highlighted fields in the COMBO must be completed for quote consideration.
Offerors are advised to review the requirement in its entirety to ensure they understand what is necessary to provide an acceptable quote that is eligible for award.

The Government requires one (1) 500kW XQ570 Caterpillar Generator Set. The generator must include a trailer and a double-walled fuel tank with 110% spill containment. Delivery is required to Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The generator must comply with all emissions requirements for operation on Guam and USAF installations.
