ERDF QUALITY ZČU - Laser equipment for very precise cutting of thin electrotechnical sheets The subject of the public order is a device that must enable precise cutting of electrotechnical sheet metal in the thickness range of 0.1 mm to 1 mm with an accuracy of better than 7 μm. The device must be able to cut electrotechnical sheets with minimal impact on the magnetic properties of the cut metal and its insulating layer (burr), and at the same time, there must be no splashing of the cut material by the metal from the cut itself (splash). Supposed to be cut the material will be electrotechnical sheets based on an alloy of iron and silicon with a silicon content of up to 4 percent and a double-sided insulating layer. The minimum working area of ​​the device must be 550 x 550 mm. It must be possible to use compressed air as the cooling gas. The device must enable remote management and service and provide remote alerts. The equipment must be equipped with an automated system for loading blanks and removing products so that it is able to work autonomously without the intervention of human operators.
