Request for Proposals (RFP) No. SFMTA-2025-72-LOC: As-Needed Specialized Equity-Centered Training and Executive Coaching Services. The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA or Agency) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to develop and deliver customized training programs and materials that strengthen employee and customer engagement in the following areas: Customer Service Skills, De-Escalation Techniques, Managing Implicit Bias, Racial Equity, and Organizational Support for a Diverse Workplace. The selected Contractor shall also provide executive coaching services for senior leaders and executives within the Agency. As part of this RFP, the SFMTA seeks to identify opportunities and manage costs while maintaining high service quality. Proposers are encouraged to include cost-saving strategies or value-driven approaches (e.g., efficient staffing, streamlined workflows, scope refinement strategies, work phasing, or alternative delivery method) that demonstrate a clear process for identifying and recommending cost-saving measures for each task order. The SFMTA may award up to two contracts to the Proposer(s) that meets the Minimum Qualifications (see RFP Section III) and whose Proposal(s) receives the highest-ranking score(s). Proposers must provide documentation that clearly demonstrate that each Minimum Qualification and each Local Business Enterprise (LBE) Requirement (See RFP Section IX.R) has been met. Any Proposal that does not meet the Minimum Qualifications and LBE requirements will be deemed non-responsive. The SFMTA encourages Proposers to attend a virtual Pre-Proposal Conference via Microsoft Teams on April 30, 2026, at 9:30 AM PT. Proposers may register for the Pre-Proposal Conference and submit questions following the instructions included in RFP Section V...
