The subject of this public contract will be the supply and assembly of a complete new Kitchen technology in accordance with the requirements and project in more detail in the tender documentation and its annexes.

Supplied filling consisting of a series of sub -items of devices specified in the technical Specifications and itemized budget (hereinafter referred to as "equipment" and/or summary "technology") will be used to ensure the catering of clients and employees of the client in the form of food production and subsequent sales with a daily capacity of about 187 meals (including breakfast, 2 finished meals/110 lunch and 77 dinners) cold dishes, vegetable salads and desserts; warm + cold soft drinks). The dispensing of meals will take place in the dining room or on individual floors of the home, or immobile clients will be served in rooms through heated transport trucks. For the transport of heated trolleys The dining elevator will serve.

The kitchen operation will also include food storage areas, preparation rooms according to the type of diet (preparation room, vegetable preparation, egg potholes, dough preparation room), cooking blocks, washing white and operating dishes, cold kitchen preparation and warm drinks.

Further It will be part of the kitchen hygienic and bathroom for kitchen staff, a dressing room for separate storage of civilian and work clothes.
