SECTION 1
The operational Section A of the contract concerning a) the pumping stations, b) the Electromechanical installations of backup power and other systemsenergy distribution systems and c) in the telemetry of the pumping stations cannot be divided into additional individual parts, because the whole of the equipment under supply must be interconnected, during its installation, into a single functional set and works together with the existing telemetry system.

The functional section B of the contract concerning a) the Supply and installation of energy production systems from RES with the aim of the Beneficiary's energy autonomy, using virtual energy compensation and b) the Supply and installation of monitoring applications and systemsand management of produced and consumed energy from RES through an autonomous energy management and energy netting system cannot also be divided into additional individual parts as it must be interconnected when placing it in a single functional set.
