The subject of this public contract is the supply and installation of the below-mentioned devices for the needs of the Scientific and Diagnostic Oncology Center of the FNMH and the provision of service for the equipment during its expected lifetime: for part 1 VZ: microcentrifuge, which is an essential part of laboratory equipment. This device will enable efficient and quick preparation of small volumes of samples that are used in a number of standard laboratory methods, such as DNA/RNA isolation, or preparation of samples for PCR and other analytical techniques. Without the availability of a microcentrifuge, these procedures would be more time-consuming and less efficient; for part 2 VZ: PCR box which is a necessary part of laboratory equipment. This device is intended for the preparation of samples for polymerase chain reaction reaction (PCR) in an environment with minimized risk of contamination. It will ensure a suitable and clean working environment, which is essential for obtaining reliable and reproducible results. The subject of performance also includes: Installation of devices and their introduction into operation, including verification of their functionality, execution of all prescribed examinations and tests; Briefing/training of personnel, which will be carried out by a person authorized to do so in accordance with the relevant legal regulations; Warranty service of the device, which will be performed by person k authorized for this activity, based on the manufacturer's certificate of service technician training.
