General requirements 1. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order be brand new, of full value, free from any defects and damage, without previous use. 2. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order complies with the recommendations, standards and applicable technical and operational requirements in force in the Republic of Poland and the European Union (CE declarations). The subject of the order must meet technical and operational requirements in terms of health and safety conditions. 3. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor, along with the delivery of the subject of the order, attach manuals for operating teaching stations in Polish in a paper version and electronic. 4. The contractor undertakes to deliver, at his own expense, all elements that are part of the subject of the order, along with technical documentation attached by the manufacturer, warranty cards and documents specifying the rules provision of services during the warranty period and will install them and check the possibility of its launch and operation, at places of use, on a date previously agreed with the Director of the Technical School Complex...
