the configuration includes two combination cooler/freezer units, and some of the units appear to share a common wall. Additionally, there are questions regarding the flooring and structural components within the units. It is unclear whether the floor is insulated concrete or another type of flooring system, and clarification on the ceiling construction will also be needed to properly determine the scope of work.
Given these observations, we want to ensure that the scope accurately reflects the work required before proceeding further. Could you please advise whether additional information, drawings, or clarification on the SOW will be provided regarding the cooler/freezer configuration, flooring, and ceiling construction?
A1: The units are Norlake enclosers see attached image, each is an independent insulated walk-in unit.
