Ltd.; Serial Number: REC003487; Work Objective/Complaints and Problems Reported: - Main compressor encountering too much vibration that may cause sudden failure. Findings: -Main compressor foundation find out during assessment and evaluation is already damage crack occurs. All tension bolts holding the main compressor is already not intact to the concrete foundation that cannot support the main compressor causing too much vibration. Remarks: Need Parts; Reason/s for the Remarks: - Recommend to replace the main compressor foundation need to upgrade and re-designed for vibration and tought that strong enough to withstand adverse condition, to avoid more damages. Parts Needed, If Necessary: - Replacement and upgrade of Main Compressor Foundation.
