1. The Brgy. Nueva Gracia of Loreto Agusan del Sur, through the 20% BDF CY-2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Ten Pesos (Php 249, 210.00) Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for EQUIPMENT RENTAL FOR REHABILITATION OF ROAD AT BRGY. POBLACION, LORETO, ADS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Brgy. Poblacion of Loreto Agusan del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 30 Calendar Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
