1. The Brgy. Kauswagan of Loreto Agusan del Sur, through the 20% BDF CY-2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Eight Pesos and Fifty Centavo (Php 258, 988.50) Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for EQUIPMENT RENTAL FOR GRAVELLING/SCRAPING AT BRGY. KAUSWAGAN, LADS . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Brgy. Kauswagan of Loreto Agusan del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 30 Calendar Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
