Equipment procurement within the framework of the VJ Program Sales contract in the subject "Procurement of equipment within the framework of the VJ Program", with the technical content detailed in the public procurement technical description. LED wall, receiving structure, control - 147 m2 LED wall (+20 m2 replacement LED panel) delivery and installation - Assembling a minimum of 3 LED wall controls with an LED wall - The necessary transport box for the LED wall and its accessories - Designing a support structure with the necessary fixing and conversion work - A minimum of 4 power boxes and their necessary cabling - 1 db computer control - Complete system assembly, commissioning, test operation, staff training, 8 times test operation of the performance. Detailed description in the attached documents. In addition to delivering to Mórahalom, the Winning Bidder's task is to a full system integration. This includes the following: 1. Commissioning: Professional assembly and cabling of the LED wall and control systems, system parameterization (tuning, brightness and color calibration, installation of control software). 2. Training: Training of the Customer's technical staff in the safe operation and maintenance of equipment and software (with the provision of operation and maintenance instructions in Hungarian). 3. 8-performance theater rehearsal and supervision (Elés test): After commissioning, the system must be subjected to a complete theater/event operation test consisting of 8 performances in Mórahalm, in the period from delivery to September 2026.
