We invite you to join the collection of commercial proposals for the supply of an ice generator, a line for packing ice into a bag and a glass. 1. Technical requirements for the ice generator 1.1. Type of product Tubular ice (tube ice). 1.2. Ice characteristics Tube diameter: 28 mm Tube length: 30 mm Shape: uniform tubular ice with a central hole1.3. Productivity At least 5 tons of ice in 24 hours under standard conditions (inlet water +20 C, ambient temperature +32 C). 1.4. Equipment requirements Stainless steel construction (at least AISI 304). Automatic cleaning and defrosting system. Protection from voltage drops. Energy-efficient compressor system. Refrigerant of environmental class (indicate type, e.g. R404A, R407F, R448A or other). Control panel with indication of states. Possibility of 24-hour operation. 1.5. Water requirements. Connection to the water supply system. Built-in or external filter preliminary cleaning is desirable. Water level control in the tank. 1.6. Power supply 380 V, 50 Hz (three-phase power supply). Power consumption — specified by the participant. 1.7. Complete set Ice generator in a complete set. Hopper for collecting ice or an integrated unloading system. Technical passport, instructions, warranty documents.2. Line for packing ice into bags (1 kg) 2.1. Type of packaging: automatic dosing of ice in 1 kg increments and sealing of packages. 2.2. Productivity Not less than 50 packages per minute. 2.3. Technical requirements Dosing hopper with ice supply system. High-precision weighing system (error no more +/-5%). The possibility of adjusting the weight (0.5 2 kg). Film: polyethylene or polypropylene, thickness according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Automatic sealing of the package (thermosealing).
