Tender Details

Interferometer for measuring the thickness of the seal (gap) in the diamond chamber. The device is used for non-contact, interferometric measurement of the thickness of the gap/gasket in the diamond chamber. The system consists of a sensor head and a controller connected by optical fiber. The measurement is performed with high resolution and a small measurement spot, which allows thickness control in the DAC working area. The integrated controller software allows for ongoing analysis of the gasket thickness and integration with automation/data acquisition systems.
