The subject of the order is the supply of equipment for cardiac surgery and hemodynamic procedures, divided into 21 parts. Detailed rules specifying the type, circumstances of exercising the option and the maximum value of the option are included in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 8a, 8b, 8c to the SWZ. Part I - Transcatheter heart valve implanted in the pulmonary valve A detailed description of the subject of the order, which is also an assortment and price form, is attached as Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
