This contract covers all services relating to the supply and installation of scaffolding on the EPFL site, both outside for roof or facade work and inside for renovation work. Numerous construction sites on EPFL roofs require the installation of scaffolding with a high level of safety made necessary by the nature of the university site. Many interior renovation projects also need scaffolding, particularly when intervention in high-rise premises (technical centers, auditoriums, etc.). This is not a one-off purchase, but a market aimed at covering recurring services over several years. To this end, EPFL intends to conclude framework contracts with 3 separate winning companies.
