1) The Office of the Solicitor General, through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program intends to apply the sum of Threee Million Pesos (₱3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of ICT Equipment: Internet Load Balancing, Bandwith Management and Aggregation Solution for OSG Main and Convergy-s One Buildings FY NEP 2026 / OSG PR No. 025-11-180 (EPA2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The OSG now invites bids for the Procurement of ICT Equipment: Internet Load Balancing, Bandwith Management and Aggregation Solution for OSG Main and Convergy-s One Buildings FY NEP 2026.
