Expressions of Interest (EOI) are called from reputable international Electricity Network Operators with proven world-class Asset Management Systems to assist Energy Fiji Limited (EFL) in the implementation of an Asset Management System for EFL s Transmission and Distribution assets.
Objectives:
The aim of this exercise is to address the following areas of concern:
Reduce the number of unplanned power outages by better managing our power system assetsRecommend short and long term solutions in order for the organization to achieve world class power reliability on a sustainable basis; andDevelop strategies to make EFL a world class electricity utility, or something EFL can benchmark against.Scope of Work:
Conduct a high level audit of EFL s Power and SCADA networkConduct an audit of EFL s T&D Asset Maintenance and Safety practice, Tools, Equipment, Test Equipment Fleet, etc....
