PURPOSE OF THIS EXPRESSION OF INTEREST This is not a bid solicitation. This is an Expression of Interest (EOI) for potential contracts with anticipated security and Indigenous Benefits requirements. This EOI is intended to identify capable firms and gather information to inform a potential Request for Proposal (RFP). Note there is no guarantee that these contracts will proceed. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT EllisDon Construction Services Inc. (EllisDon) as the Design Builder has been contracted by Defence Construction Canada (DCC) to provide design services and constructability oversight to complete the design of the Defence of Canada Fighter Infrastructure (DCFI) Retail Warehouse project at CFB Cold Lake. The Defense of Canada Fighter Infrastructure Project (DCFI) intends to modernize, recapitalize, and add new critical infrastructure to enable Canada-s ability to project air power in defense of North America for the coming decades. The Retail Warehouse will support operationally suitable and effective storage of equipment and spare packages required for the operation of aircraft fleets to support all the functions and requirements to meet North American Aerospace Defense (NORAD) and Operation NOBLE EAGLE commitments.
