Enzymatic preparation for pigs in loose form with phytase: Enzymatic preparation for pigs in loose form with phytase: - containing thermostable (minimum 95% activity at 950C) phytase in the amount of 5000 FTU/kg, - intended for use in mixtures for weaned piglets, fattening pigs and sows, - with attached label in Polish. Order quantity: 50 kg (in 25 kg bags), ex warehouse of the Ordering Party ZD Pawłowice - Feed Plant in Robczysko. To confirm the indicated above the quality parameters of the product, the Ordering Party requires that the offer be accompanied by a product quality certificate or another document confirming the equivalence of the offered product. Each delivery must be accompanied by a product quality certificate. VAT rate in accordance with the category of animal food, which is classified in the chapters (codes) of the Combined Nomenclature (CN), listed in Annex No. 10 to the VAT Act.
