Tender Details

Description of the service: The object of the contract is the comprehensive provision of the postal services of the Regional Council of Vallès Occidental, including collection, deposit, admission, classification, treatment, course, transport, distribution and the delivery of postal parcels, as well as, when appropriate, return services, receipt notices, proof of delivery and the rest of the ancillary actions directly linked to the execution of the different postal parcel modalities object of the contract, in accordance with the operational needs of the Administration that guarantees processing without displacement of the CCVOC staff outside the county offices, and the administrative notification service with two attempts and notice of receipt (AR) with verifiable evidence of receipt, refusal or impossibility of delivery, in the terms and minimum levels required described in the Technical Specifications (hereinafter, PPT), which is an integral part of the contract. Likewise, the contract includes services for the mass distribution of informative or commercial communications (bulk mail) and one-off parcel services linked to the ordinary operational needs of the County Council, incorporating public procurement measures environmentally responsible aimed at reducing the environmental impact derived from the execution of the service.
