Environmental supervision over the modernization of the external lighting of the Church in Lanckorona to be safe for bats and minimize the effect of light pollution I. 1. The subject of the order is environmental supervision in the field of active protection of bats in... in the field of active protection of bats, necessary for the proper performance of works carried out as part of the investment, i.e. without harm to bats. 2. The task of supervision will be to cooperate closely with the Ordering Party and the lighting modernization contractor when determining details of planned works important for bats and constant monitoring of their progress. Numerous field visits will be necessary. After completing the works, the supervision will be responsible for assessing and accepting them. 3.The church building is a monument entered in the register monuments and the immediate surroundings within the fence. 2. Ordering Party - pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Act - requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ, under an employment relationship, persons directed by the Contractor or subcontractor to perform activities involving the performance of work in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code. 3. Details of the scope of the subject of this order are specified in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ). II.
