③ have the Grade "A, B, C or D" in terms of the qualification "Provision of services" at Kinki area for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025, 2026 and 2027.

④ Prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc.

⑤ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system.
