.1 Working towards the outcomes and objectives identified for the SSPP, the successful Proponent is to apply proven parks-based (non-urban) technical design practices for the site to achieve the end result desired by the Province. .2 The work to be accomplished under this project includes: .1 Development of an Interim Operational Management Plan to prevent receptor exposure to confirmed and potential risks associated with known contamination at SSPP. This plan shall include all the information and requirements stated in the relevant guidance, and clearly describe the intended approach to achieve exposure control and monitoring. .2 Development of a site-specific Health and Safety Plan to protect worker safety and ensure appropriate disposal of impacted soils at the SSpp.
