1) SCOPE OF WORK
a) Consolidation of Documents
i) Conduct site visit to gather pertinent requirements of ECC and PTO application from OSHC.
ii) Preparation of Initial Environmental Examination Report (IEER) based on the checklist for the application of ECC
iii) Preparation of Engineering Report for Generator Set and Fumehood
iv) Conduct inspection and take photos of generator set and fumehood needed as attachment for submitted documents.
v) Review / prepare/ consolidates other environmental communications / documents needed for the application.
