The environmental air quality management program (hereinafter - the Program) must be prepared under the guidance of LR the Law on Environmental Air Protection (Zin., 1999, No. 98-2813), the Law on Environmental Monitoring of the Republic of Lithuania (1997 No. VIII-529), the Law on Environmental Protection of the Republic of Lithuania (1992 No. I-2223), the Decree of the Minister of the Environment of the Republic of Lithuania and the Minister of Health of the Republic of Lithuania in 2001 December 11 order no. 591/640 "On environmental air pollution with sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, nitrogen oxides, benzene, carbon monoxide, lead, solid particles and ozone, order of the Minister of the Environment of the Republic of Lithuania No. D1-289 of June 12, 2006 "On Environmental Air Pollution with Arsenic, Cadmium, Mercury, Nickel and Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons approval of the description of the evaluation procedure", by order No. 591/640 of the Minister of the Environment of the Republic of Lithuania and the Minister of Health of the Republic of Lithuania of December 11, 2001. December 12 order no. 596 "On the description of the procedure for assessing ambient air quality approval", by order No. D1-117 of the Minister of the Environment of the Republic of Lithuania dated February 26, 2021 "On the approval of general municipal environmental monitoring provisions", European Parliament and Council Directive (EU) 2024/2881 on ambient air quality and cleaner air in Europe, with all subsequent amendments and others, legal acts regulating the provision of the service, including the requirements approved by the Vilnius City Municipality.
