Environmental activities in 2026 The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (Journal of Laws 2024.530, as amended - "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of environmental activities in the Ruszów Forest District in 2026. 1) The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (Journal of Laws 2024.530, as amended - "Act on forests”) covering work in the field of environmental activities in the Ruszów Forest District in 2026. 2) The material scope of the subject of the order includes the total quantities of works resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3) Subject scopes listed in the annexes included in Annex No. 2 are estimates. 5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the order are described in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 6) Description of the rules of the making procedure acceptance of forestry works was included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 7) The subject of the order has not been divided into parts. 8) The place of implementation of the subject of the order will be the administrative area of ​​the Ruszów Forest District. 9)Implementation of the works included in it of the subject of the contract will take place in the forestry area.
