The purpose of this consultation is the enveloping, routing, packing, franking and submission of documents to a postal service provider. The documents can be management documents and communication documents (lot 1) or documents linked to internal communication (lot 2). The framework agreements are concluded for an initial duration from 03/12/2026 or their notification date if later, until 03/11/2028. They are renewable twice a year depending on the terms defined in the CCAPC. They are concluded without a minimum amount and with the maximum amounts defined in each of the lots. Lot 2 constitutes a reserved lot within the meaning of article L2113-12 of the Public Order Code
