Tender Details

The labor authorities of the Capital Region (PKS) (Espoo's employment services, the Helsinki city's Employment Service Department and Vantaa's employment and integration service area) are tendering entrepreneurship trainings as a cooperation with the PKS. Labor authorities are requesting offers for services that promote entrepreneurial skills. The object of the procurement is the service for starting entrepreneurship, which includes training to increase entrepreneurial skills in accordance with Chapter 7 § 61 of the Act on the Organization of Employment Services (380/2023) to the employment areas of the capital region. The Agreement is scheduled to begin on January 1, 2027, however, so that the Agreement enters into force when the Parties have signed it. The contract is valid until further notice. Those who participate in the service are primarily Jobseekers from PKS employment areas who are interested in entrepreneurship or who have already planned to become an entrepreneur and need support in starting a business and developing a business idea. Entrepreneurship can also participate in the training people who have recently started. The aim of the service is to increase participants' knowledge of entrepreneurship, strengthen entrepreneurial skills and provide practical tools for planning, starting and developing business activities. The service supports the customer in questions related to becoming an entrepreneur, as well as offering customers of different profiles module-based entrepreneurship training by theme for starting entrepreneurship.
