Expression of Interest are invited for Entrepreneurship and Investment Diagnostic

The project team is recruiting a Consultancy Firm with expertise in the entrepreneurship ecosystem, particularly in FCV regions. The Firm-s main tasks are:

Lead the entrepreneurship ecosystem diagnostic in order to develop a proposal for a national entrepreneurship strategy, which will be structured into two phases:

Phase 1: Design the overall strategy development for process for Iraq-s entrepreneurship strategy and conduct an entrepreneurship ecosystem diagnostic (based on Babson-s entrepreneurship ecosystem model) (Deadline: July 2024).

Phase 2: Translate stakeholder recommendations and analytical insights into an entrepreneurship strategy and a funding facility for MSMEs and startups (Deadline: November 2024)
