REQUEST FOR QUOTATION1. Subject of the order: Maintenance and painting works of the entrance gate No. 1 and fence spans in the Małogoszcz Cement Plant. The subject of the order is a comprehensive service including dismantling, cleaning, sandblasting, painting and assembly. entrance gate No. 1 and fence spans on the premises of the Małogoszcz Cement Plant. All works must be performed with high quality and in accordance with the standards of Holcim Polska S.A. The detailed scope of work includes: Entrance gate no. 1: Disassembly of the gate entrance (dimensions approx. 6 m x 3 m, steel structure). Sandblasting the gate and painting in RAL 7000 (application of a primer layer and two top layers of chlorinated rubber paint). Painting inscriptions on the letters cut out of sheet metal in the color white. Manual cleaning and painting of 2 gate posts (dimensions 20 cm x 20 cm). Reassembly of the gate. Fence spans: Disassembly of 6 fence spans (dimensions approx. 3 m x 2 m, steel structure). Sandblasting and painting of 6 spans (base layer + two top layers of chlorinated rubber paint). Manual cleaning and painting of 7 fence posts (dimensions 7 cm x 7 cm). Reassembly of the spans. 2.
