SOW includes, but not limited to, the following:• Replace existing building entry glazing, frames, and doors with brand new components.Including:o New door locking hardwareo Door contactso Tamper-proof door hinges and hinge guardso Kick plateso Threshold and door sweeps (exterior doors only)o Security film on all entrance doors glazing and curtain walls on non-attack side• Replace stairwell door and window curtain wall and add security films to glazing panels and door glazing.• Upgrade automatic door opener devices to meet current CSA standards.• Replace automatic door actuators with new tower type.• Install new rex deices (on secure site) above door D2 and D4.• Coordinate with Fusion Security installation rough-in of two card readers and electric strikes for connection to building access control and alarm system.• The work includes hazardous materials abatement in affected work areas.Please refer to Attachment 4 - RP1 GC SOW and General Instructions & List of Specifications and Drawings for more detailed information.All work can be performed during regular hours of operation 08:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday.
