Enterprise worker Domkirkegaten The assignment concerns an execution contract for the development of the pipe-based waste system bossnett in Domkirkegaten in the center of Bergen. There will also be work related to other infrastructure in the ground for BKK and Bergen Vann. The streets will mainly be re-established to the existing standard. BIR Infrastruktur is responsible for the delivery and installation of boss pipes. The company must coordinate the fitters of the boss pipes' work. The work will take place in city streets where space is at a premium, such as involves special requirements for competence, suitable equipment and machinery and consideration of noise. The client does not dispose of a rigging area. The client emphasizes environmentally friendly execution of the assignment. All residents in the area must have safe access to their properties i throughout the construction period, this applies to all user groups. The contractor is made aware that the excavation work is taking place in a historic area in the center of Bergen, with a close location to the open space in front of the Cathedral, where previous excavation work has been done several archaeological finds. In the event of archaeological discoveries, excavation work will have to be stopped and the cultural heritage authorities must be contacted for further investigations.
