Description

This is a Sources Sought notice (hereinafter Notice). This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, request for bids or quotations, nor, a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. The purpose of this Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement.

A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is uploaded to review the requirement details.

Responses to this Notice will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method and determining interest and capability of potential vendors for this type of requirement.

The Government has potential interest in establishing a five-year multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, and is seeking vendors capable of performing the below:

The goal of this requirement is to establish an IDIQ Contract for Enterprise Systems and Identity Management (ESIM) and a proof of concept (PoC) of the Kantara Approved Credential Service Provider (CSP) software and licenses for Treasury and its bureaus. Treasury-s goal is to establish an authentication and identity proofing service optimizing the ability to meet the security and privacy needs of agencies and U.S. citizens in a way that maximizes the number of citizens who can securely access services provided by the federal government. The enterprise authentication initiative provides Treasury applications with a great opportunity to utilize a shared service and support by enhancing IT spending across the enterprise.
