Summary Details:
The City is seeking Proposals from qualified Respondents for a Financial Management Software solution. The City is interested in a system that will assist in managing processes primarily for the following departments:
1. Finance (General Ledger, Budget, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Job Costing, Purchasing, Receiving and Inventory)
2. Human Resources
3. Payroll
The City understands that a single software solution may not cover all these departments and integration with multiple software solutions may be required.
The City may also be interested in negotiating inclusion of optional modules for the following departments:
1. Bylaws
2. Inspections
3. Planning
4. Licensing
5. Asset Management (Capital / Fleet)
a. Equipment
b. Preventative Maintenance
6. Public Works
a. Work Management
7. Finance
a. Property taxation billing and collections
b. Utility billing and collection (water, sewer, drainage, and solid waste)
c. Cash receipting
