Tenders are invited for Enterprise Resource Planning System Implementation Services

Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning system implementation services.

- Replace the PeopleSoft Financial and HCM system with a new cloud-based ERP system that is proven in the public sector industry.

- The system should have a security role designed for reporting access only. That is, many County users may have a need to run a report in the financial and HCM areas even though they do not have access to create a transaction in the new Workday system.

- Financial Functions:

• Budget control.

• Purchasing (i.e., requisitions, purchase orders and blanket POs).

• Supplier contracts.

• Encumbrance accounting for requisitions, purchase orders and contracts.

• Accounts payable.

• Vendor management.

• Electronic payments to vendors (as an option for vendors).

• Employee expense reports.

• Bank reconciliation for warrants/checks only (not deposits).

• Inventory (for the Hospital and Public Works only).

• Fixed assets.

• Internal billing (aka, project billing or department chargebacks).

• Internal billing statements.

• Project costing (i.e., capital projects).

- The Integrator will be responsible for configuring the following areas of the system:
