MANITOBA LIQUOR AND LOTTERIES CORPORATIONNEGOTIATED REQUEST FOR PROPOSALREFERENCE NO. 27-NRFP-76393ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING (ERP) Solution, Implementation, and Transformation ServicesManitoba Liquor and Lotteries (MBLL) is seeking proposals to deliver a commercial off-the-shelf ERP application along with full implementation and transformation services. The selected proponent will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, including business process re-engineering, benefit realization support, solution design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, deployment, organizational change management, training, and post-implementation support. In addition, MBLL may seek managed services after the post-implementation period. The term of any resulting agreements will be 8 Years with 2 additional 1 year options.The project focuses on MBLL-s core finance and supply chain capabilities (referred to as ESMR Foundation - Finance & Supply Chain or “ESMR Foundation”).
