Objective: To identify and pre-qualify vendors capable of providing a comprehensive, all-in-one software ecosystem for our digital, marketing, communications, and broadcast content creators.1. Overview of RequirementsCBC/Radio-Canada operates a fast-paced, multi-platform media environment. We require a unified software ecosystem that allows our teams to seamlessly create, edit, and collaborate on content across four distinct delivery pipelines: Television, Radio, Web, and Social Media.Because our workforce is highly mobile, uses diverse operating systems, and produces content in both official languages, the chosen solution must be highly secure, bilingual, and centrally managed by our corporate IT administrators using automated enterprise tools.2. Mandatory Qualification CriteriaTo qualify for the next phase of this procurement process, vendors must answer "YES" to all the following mandatory criteria and provide proof of their capability. A single "NO" will result in immediate disqualification. (see the Requirements Response)3. Evaluation ProcessVendors who successfully demonstrate that their software ecosystem meets all mandatory criteria (1 through 15) will be considered pre-qualified and will be invited to participate in the formal Request for Proposal (RFP).
