The current support model relies on reactive, resource-intensive staff augmentation, which places a heavy management burden on Government leadership.
The Government seeks to transform this model by moving away from purchasing labor hours ("level-of-effort") and instead procuring end-to-end strategic outcomes via an innovative "Managed Service" approach.
