ATB is seeking an experienced and capable implementation partner for its Release 1.2 focused on migrating Capital Markets & Corporate Banking to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). The partner should demonstrate expertise and experience in Tier1 CRM migration, provide market optimization insights, deliver accelerators for faster deployment, offer support for undelivered functionalities, and possess in-depth knowledge of Salesforce in the financial services sector. Additionally, the partner must maintain ISO certifications, provide audit reports, and adhere to stringent security and compliance standards. Ongoing support requirements include post-implementation support, system maintenance, technical support, user training, continuous improvement, security monitoring, release management, scalability planning, emergency response, regular reporting, and clear SLAs. The partner should also provide transparent cost estimates for implementation and ongoing support. These requirements are integral to the success of ATB-s CRM ecosystem journey.
