Description
The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, is requesting quotations for brand name or equal ENT Surgical instruments for the VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 339112, with a related small business size standard of 1, 000 employees. The proposed action is a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order, small business set aside solicitation. The solicitation will be posted on or about September 09, 2025, via SAM.gov website. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05,  August 07, 2025.It is the responsibility of the quoter to review the web page for notice of amendments,  updates, or changes to the solicitation.
