The subject of this public contract is to provide public services in the transport of passengers in order to ensure the transport services of the Usti nad Labem Region by public railway passenger transport in accordance with Section 2 of the ZOV (Public Services Act and on Amendments to other Acts No. 194/2010 Coll. wording), in the period from the nationwide change of timetables in December 2026 to the day of the previous date of the nationwide change of timetables in December 2031 on the part of the Usti Region for the operation of trains on the DUK T8 Bridge - Moldava in the Ore Mountains. The operating model (timetable) assumes year -round Operation of the line on Saturdays, Sundays and in the Czech Republic by the state recognized holidays. On working days, the operation is assumed in the period from June to September and during the announced holidays in primary, secondary, elementary art schools and conservatory according to the relevant Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports valid for the period of the relevant school year. On the operating day of the line (indifferent to whether the working day or Saturday, Sunday or a state -recognized holiday) is expected to lead 4 pairs of connections in the time range of 6:00 - 20:00. Traffic performance on one operating day is 312.8 trains kilometers. To one The calendar year is about 240 operating days of the line.
