Ensuring technical supervision and safety and health protection during work at the construction site for the reconstruction of BPS Chrást u Poříčany The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of technical supervision of the investor and the provision of coordination services in the field of security and health protection during the execution of works on the construction site "Reconstruction of the Chrást u Poříčan biogas station" (hereinafter referred to as the "Project"), including all related activities necessary for the proper implementation of the Project. As part of the performance of this public contract, the supplier will carry out services in accordance with valid and effective legal regulations, decrees, technical standards and recommendations of professional chambers. The subject of public procurement performance is specified in more detail in Appendix No. 1 of the binding draft contract for public procurement performance, which is at the same time Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation and in Annex No. 4 of the binding draft contract for the performance of a public contract, which is also Annex No. 2 of the procurement documentation.
