Ensuring support for the operation and development of the Electronic Litigation Information System (IS EESS) The subject of this Public Contract is the provision of development, maintenance and system support for the existing Information System Electronic Records of Court Files (hereinafter just "IS EESS"), which manages all litigation data and data (including the criminal agenda) and enables reporting based on variable input parameters. The subject of performance includes the following services: a) provision of operation support services IS EESS and other processes performed by the Client, provision of management and maintenance of IS EESS, support of its users and provision of support for the operation of IS EESS (hereinafter referred to as "Operation Support Services"); b) provision of IS EESS development services and related activities at implementation of changes, services related to the implementation of security measures and services related to the termination of the operation support service, on the basis of change requests made according to the procedure according to the draft contract and within a maximum of 250 man-days for the duration of the Draft Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "On-Demand Services"); c) provision of training services (hereinafter referred to as "Training Services"), to the maximum extent of 20 man-days for the duration of the Draft Contract; d) regular updating of operational documentation by the Supplier relating to to IS EESS (hereinafter referred to as "Operational Documentation").
