Ensuring the services of a designer for the field of Civil Engineering The subject of the contract is the creation of a dynamic purchasing system for a period of 29 months to ensure the services of architects and designers for civil engineering. The subject of partial orders will be in implementation: - design works - design of land structures, part of the PD must include a stoppage plan according to (§40c of Act No. 200/2022 Coll. on spatial planning) - preparation and negotiation with all concerned subjects of all stages of the project documentation according to Act no. 25/2025 Coll. The Construction Act and on Amendments to Certain Acts (Construction Act) as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Construction Act") and with reference to the transitional provisions of Section 84 of the Construction Act also pursuant to Act No. 50/1976 Coll. on spatial planning and building regulations (Building Act) in the version effective until 31.03.2025, - ensuring the services of the so-called "professionals" (i.e. experts for individual fields, such as surveyor, dendrologist, geologist, hydrologist, structural designer, electrical installation, plumbing and gas installations, etc. so that the complete project documentation meets the standards according to the law, - drawing up a statement of measurements with an itemized budget applicable for public procurement; processing of the measurement report and project documentation for the selection of the construction contractor (or service provider), which must be processed in accordance with § 42 of the Public Procurement Act, i.e. in the event that it will refer to a specific product / product, etc., it is ...
