The subject of the full public order (pursuant to VZ only) is the provision of the authority certificate service (the service of a qualified provider of development door services according to Act No. 297/2016 Coll., on development door services for electronic signatures in the valid version, according to the authority certificate only) incl. operation of the registered place of the certificate of authority for the period of those years for the needs of the average military hospital Military Faculty Hospital Prague (according to VN only). The service offering must meet all technical parameters as defined in detail in the contract documentation. Pedmt VZ must fulfill all the requirements imposed on him by the legal regulations of the Czech Republic and according to the requirements set out in this ZD. Reserved for change of bond: Analogously, in accordance with Article 100, paragraph 1 of the Act, the contracting authority reserves the right to change the terms of the contract, promising in the first to raise the total price for the services, by a maximum of 50% for operational or organizational reasons on the part of the contracting authority, especially in the case of: issued and renewed for qualified and commercial certificates, in addition to issuing and renewing other types of certificates according to the subject of the public order, except for the withdrawal of qualified means for creating an electronic signature.
