The subject of the Agreement is the initial provision of services with the selected Provider, who will provide complete service for dedicated technical equipment. The subject of the Agreement is a complete service of technical lifting equipment (according to Vtahy only) in accordance with generally applicable regulations and standards in the facilities of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Culture (according to MMT only) specified together with the relevant activities in Plož. 2 Contracts List of scope and detailed scope of activities. Service means regular professional inspections and tests, as well as maintenance and repairs lifting equipment according to Ploha. 2 Contracts List of contracts and the detailed scope of the activity as defined by the manufacturer. It is a facility owned by MMT, located in the non-listed buildings. The element of the service is the full operability, safety and good technical condition of everything of dedicated technical lifting equipment including defect removal and hawks. The subject of the Contract is the implementation of all necessary repairs and replacement of worn or non-functioning parts of the equipment.
