"Ensuring security of Kazanlak Municipality objects by types of activities: 1. Physical security (armed and unarmed) of municipal objects according to a list; 2. Technical security and response with a special car patrol of municipal objects according to a list, including design, supply, installation, use and maintenance ofsignaling and notification equipment and/or video surveillance."

1. Physical security (armed and unarmed) of Kazanlak Municipality sites in an hourly range, according to a weekly schedule, weapons and personal protective equipment, detailed in the "List of Municipal Security Sites Kazanlak', which includes: Insuranceproviding the necessary number of security guards to cover the specified time and schedule, with the specified weapon/PPE; To provide routes (walks) that the security guards should perform during their duties, so that they cover the entire site; To provide technical systems for communication including a buildinga system for control and verification of received signals; To provide a reaction of a mobile team in the event of violations, crisis situations and others. To use at least a radio station and a mobile phone as means of communication; The response time to a registered signal from security guards and from technicalthis system should be up to 3 min.
