Ensuring the provision of an emergency dentist service in České Budějovice The subject of the performance of the public order is to ensure the provision of emergency dental services in České Budějovice within the basic network of South Bohemia's emergency services regions to the extent and in accordance with the tender conditions for an indefinite period. An emergency service in the field of dentistry is, according to § 7a paragraph 1 of Act No. 372/2011 Coll., on health services and conditions of their provision (Health Services Act), as amended of later regulations (hereinafter the "Health Care Act") means the provision of outpatient care to patients outside regular office hours in cases of a sudden change in health status or worsening of the course of the disease. The supplier will be obliged to provide emergency dental services doctors in a medical facility in the territory of the city of České Budějovice in two surgeries: *) PD - labor price; S, N, Pk - Saturday, Sunday, non-working day 1. the office will provide a dental emergency in days PD6 hours continuously at a fixed time 4-10 p.m. S, N, Pk12 hours continuously at a fixed time of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. 2. the office will provide a dental emergency in days S, N, Pk 6 hours continuously at a fixed time from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. In addition, the 2nd surgery will be ready to provide a dental emergency on the so-called exposed days, namely PMinimum 3 hours a a maximum of 6 hours continuously at a fixed time of 4-10 p.m. S, N, Pk a maximum of 12 hours continuously at a fixed time from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Exposed days are especially days associated with public holidays, school holidays and ...
