Ensuring the protection of forest property - forest guard Description: The subject of the order is the provision of forest guard execution services by authorized persons according to Act no. 326/2005 Coll. on forests in the valid wording on forest land and related land in public administration The services will be provided on the territory of the organizational components of the public procurer on the territory of the Slovak Republic. The contract is divided into 2 (two) separate parts according to the territorial nature of the individual areas determined by the public contractor. of the services provided is to ensure the protection of forest property, control of compliance with legal regulations in forestry, prevention and detection of illegal activity and protection of the legitimate interests of the public procurer. The provider will to ensure the performance of forest guard activities through persons appointed as forest guards in accordance with valid legal regulations.
